Two Hour Safety Training Webinars

CareWorks Consultants, Inc. and RiskControl360 offer numerous two-hour safety trainings webinars throughout the 2012 policy year (July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013). Two hours of safety training is mandatory every policy year, per the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC), for all employers participating in a group rating or group retrospective plan who have experienced a workers’ compensation claim(s) in the prior year of current policy year or otherwise known as the “green year” (January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011) and is regardless of the claim’s size or severity.

These trainings courses help employers to stay informed about current workplace safety trends and regulatory developments, all from the convenience of their own business or home computer. We encourage people to take advantage of these web-based safety training opportunities that are offered throughout the policy year.

Registration

To register for a webinar, click on “Register with GoToMeeting” or the link next to the date that you wish to attend and complete the electronic registration form. Participation in one webinar fulfills the two-hour requirement and a participation fee of $40 is invoiced following the completion of the webinar.
